It's Sunday, let's go!
Before reading I want you to do four box breaths.
Exhale to a count of four, holding your lungs empty for a four-count, inhaling at the same pace, and holding air in your lungs for a count of four before exhaling.
Repeat 4 times.

āSelf-reflection question ā
What's worrying you right now?
What do you need to address that you are currently avoiding?
How to answer self-reflection questionsā¦
Set aside time to sit and think.
Remove all distractions or take yourself off somewhere quiet.
Allow your answers to just flow ā write whatever comes to mind.
Be honest. Thereās no point asking yourself self-reflection questions if youāre not going to be honest with your answers.
Donāt be afraid of what you might discover. Give yourself permission to be honest, raw and real.
If it helps, try meditating on your self-reflection questions. Sit somewhere quiet. Clear your mind and with the questions in front of you, just ponder on them with no pressure or judgement. Afterwards, write down what you can remember.
