Before reading I want you to do four box breaths.
Exhale to a count of four, holding your lungs empty for a four-count, inhaling at the same pace, and holding air in your lungs for a count of four before exhaling.

It's easy to forget the present moment is all we have
Finding things that bring you into the present and out of your head can help bring a sense of peace and happiness.
For me this is Tennis, running, seeing friends and a cold shower
Try this week to find the present moment as many times as possible even if just for a few moments
